Three 1:1 Coaching Sessions
You’ll meet with your dedicated coach for private, judgment-free sessions that focus on building confidence and creating realistic change. These 45 minute sessions are fully customized to your needs and progress.
Health and Lifestyle Assessment
We begin by understanding the full picture—your current health status, daily habits, challenges, and goals. This comprehensive assessment lays the foundation for a plan that actually works for you.
Personal Meal Guidance
No fad diets. Just real, practical food strategies that support healthy blood sugar levels and fit your lifestyle. We help you make food choices that are enjoyable, sustainable, and effective.
Lab Results and A1C Education
Understand what your numbers really mean. We break down your lab results and A1C so you can stop feeling overwhelmed—and start using that information to your advantage.
One on One Coaching Program Overview
We work together one on one for 90 days to set a baseline with A1C, diet, sleep, stress and exercise by reviewing your lifestyle and choices. I will teach you better options in those areas and show you easy ways to incorporate them into your daily routine. What you learn and use will be customized to you and your lifestyle.
At the end of 90 days we re-evaluate your A1C, diet, sleep, stress and exercise to see what’s working and what can be improved, again, customized for you. You will be feeling better, sleeping better, feeling stronger, have more energy and have a positive outlook on your health.
